    I utilized the calculation from the endurance calculator for a recent marathon – it worked fabulously – I felt like I started with a full tank and ended with a tank!! I met my qualifying time for Boston (first time). This was my 9th marathon and it was always an issue for me to determine how much and when I should consume carbs. Thanks it was awesome!
